The Regal™ Plus Pet Stroller will hold a dog or a cat up to 25 pounds, and has numerous little touches for added convenience, as well as three Smart-Features® components: Smart-Canopy, Smart-Reach handle and a Smart-Basket. Other great features include a lockable front swivel wheel and extra storage. A Smart-Comfort pad, made with simulated soft angora that is amazingly soft to the touch and easy to clean, can be added for cozy softness. Sold separately
